Terms & Conditions– Cashback
1. This offer entitles the eligible retailers guarantee cashback on their Bank Account or UPI (“Offer”). The retailer will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the guaranteed cashback shall be Rs. 39.
2. Any eligible retailer selling the Snickers Rakhi Gift Box shall be eligible to receive and redeem the voucher code contained inside the Snickers Rakhi Gift Box, (Voucher Code) subject to these Terms and Conditions. The retailer shall receive a guaranteed cashback of an amount of Rs. 39 (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).
3. This offer is not available to employees of Mars International India Pvt. Ltd and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD, its clients or agencies and their immediate families.
4. The Offer is valid from 15th September 2026 to 13th November 2026.
5. This Offer is intended solely for eligible retailers and is not a consumer promotion. The retailer may open the Gift Box only for the purpose of accessing and copying the Voucher Code for redemption under this Offer on and after 15th September 2026. The Gift Box and Voucher Code shall not be sold, transferred, distributed or made available to any consumer or third party.
6. The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
7. By redeeming the Offer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
8. These Conditions apply to every person/retailer ("Participant”) redeeming the Offer given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd, No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Offer Period.
9. By participating in this Offer, the Participants voluntarily agree to provide his/her express consent to Mars International India Private Limited (Mars India) and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or the Agency for collection, storing, processing, using his/her UPI ID, Bank Account No., name, email ID, mobile no. or any other personal information as part of this Offer and abide by Mars India Data Privacy and Protection Policy which can be accessed from https://www.mars.com/privacy .
10. All personal information provided by the Participant in relation to this Offer shall be collected, stored, processed, used, maintained by Mars India and/or Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or Agency or any other third party engaged by it to administer the Offer and shall be retained for such period as to administer the Offer.
11. Participant should be an India Citizen and age 18 years and above.
12. The Participant agrees to adhere to such additional terms and conditions of the UPI Partner partner/ Banks as may be applicable.
13. The Participant will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, Account Number etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. or its agency’s or Mars India shall not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.
14. The payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, Payment processing partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the Offer at any me during the Offer Period.
15. In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or its partner agency or Mars International India Pvt. Ltd. be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption request not being honoured by Payment processing partner.
16. In no event shall the maximum liability of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd whether under contract, tort or otherwise, exceed the value of the Offer.
17. In no event the maximum liability of Mars India whether under contract, tort or otherwise, exceed the value of Rs. 1.
18. Any disputes or differences in connection with the Offer shall be governed by laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai.
19. The payment processing partner reserve the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behaviour or invalid details/credentials. The cashback processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user identity.
20. This Offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
21. Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited/not allowed.
22. The Offer is personal to the Participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else
How to redeem the Offer:
1. Register by entering your Unique Code, Mars Retailer Code, Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, State (select from the dropdown) and City (drop-down). Click Submit to receive an OTP on registered mobile number.
2. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
3. Choose your preferred cashback mode (NEFT or UPI) and provide the required details.
4. Your assured cashback will be processed within 24–48 business hours.
5. The Offer is valid from 15th September 2026 to 13th November 2026 (both days included) or till stocks lasts, whichever is earlier.
General Terms & Conditions
1. This Offer entitles retailers to an assured cashback of Rs. 39 on purchase of Snickers Rakhi Gift Box of Mars International India Pvt. Ltd. in select channels and cities of India.
3. The usage of this Voucher Code is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the Participants.
4. The "How to Use/Redeem" instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
5. The Offer shall run on the Snickers Rakhi Gift Box only.
6. Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the retailer telecom operator in their respective circles.
7. Only one Voucher Code per booking will be entertained.
8. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
9. A maximum of 40 vouchers can be used per Participant, per mobile number, per day subject to 40 vouchers during the promotion period.
11. PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD. and Mars India is acting as an executing agency for this promotional Offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
12. This Offer is subject to promotional availability and government regulations.
13. Under this Offer, the Vouchers Code are being offered directly by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. Mars International India Pvt. Ltd is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Voucher Code and the cashback offered with this Voucher.
14. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. & Mars International India Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this scheme, including extending, withdrawing, or discontinuing the same without notice, without assigning any reason, at their sole discretion and without any liability.
15. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. and Mars India shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher Code.
16. If this Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any retailer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
17. Premier Sales Promo Pvt. Ltd. and Mars India is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant's or any other person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promo on or the downloading of any materials related to this Offer.
18. If for any reason this Offer is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. and Mars India reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Offer.
19. Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Promoter’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this Offer may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Promoter reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Promoter suffers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
20. This Voucher Code has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
21. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. or Mars International India Pvt. Ltd will have no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc beyond the applicable period of the Offer.
22. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors and Mars India accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured Offer.
23. Mars International India Pvt. Ltd does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being offered by the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd or by the cashback partners. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd marketing of such a product or service.
24. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors and Mars India cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
25. These General Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Mumbai.
